Breakfast

Buckwheat porridge with milk

Ingredients:

Buckwheat
Low-fat milk – 1 glass
Honey / berries – optional

Preparation:

Boil buckwheat porridge, serve with milk, you can add a little honey and berries.

Snack

Cottage cheese with nuts

Ingredients:

Soft cottage cheese 5% – 150 g
Peanut butter – 1 tsp
Peanuts – 25 g
Dried fruits – 25 g

Preparation:

Add nuts and a little peanut butter to the curd (you can replace it with honey).

Dinner

Salad with shrimp

Ingredients:

Shrimps – 200 g
Arugula
Mozzarella
Cherry
Lemon juice
Olive oil

Preparation:

Boil the shrimp, cut the cherry. Mix all the ingredients, add a little salt and season with olive oil and lemon juice.

Snack

Smoothie

Ingredients:

Apple – 1 pc.
Kiwi – 2 pcs.
Water – ½ cup

Preparation:

Chop the fruit finely and beat in a blender with the addition of water.

Dinner

Grilled fish

Ingredients:

Coho salmon (or other red fish) – 150 g
Fresh vegetable salad (arugula, cherry, pepper) – 200 g
Lemon juice
Spices

Preparation:

Grill fish with spices. Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice and serve with the fish.
