Breakfast

Porridge with banana

Ingredients:

Oatmeal – 70 g
Coconut milk – 1 glass
Banana – ½ pc.
Honey – to taste

Preparation:

Boil oatmeal in coconut milk, add banana and some honey.

Snack

Toast with salmon

Ingredients:

Whole grain bread
Salmon – 100 g
Lettuce salad
Cucumber – ½ pc.

Preparation:

Fry the bread, put salad, pieces of salmon and cucumber on top.

Dinner

Broccoli cream soup

Ingredients:

Broccoli
Onions – 1 pc.
Chicken – 200 g
Salt, spices – to taste

Preparation:

Boil chicken, broccoli separately. Lightly fry broccoli with onions. Beat broth with broccoli, add chicken. Salt, can be served with croutons.

Snack

Curd 150 g

Dinner

Pilaf

Ingredients:

Chicken – 100 g
Brown rice – 50 g
Carrots – 1 pc.
Onions – 1 pc.
Spices, salt – to taste

Preparation:

Fry onions with carrots and meat. Add rice and water, simmer pilaf for 20 minutes.
