Lose weight with taste: menu for Tuesday from Marina Malevich



Blogger Marina Malevich (@pp_malevich) shares a simple salad recipe that you can easily make for dinner.

Breakfast

Corn porridge

Corn porridge – 60 g
Coconut milk – ½ cup
Sweetener (or honey)
Nuts / Dried Fruits – to taste

Preparation:

Boil the porridge with the addition of milk, serve with nuts or dried fruits.

Snack

Green pear 150 g

Dinner

Chicken in kefir

Ingredients:

Chicken breast – 150 g
Kefir – 1 glass
Cheese 15% – 20 g
Onions – ½ pc.
Greens
Champignons – 50 g

Preparation:

Divide the chicken breast into pieces. Fry mushrooms with onions, lay out the breast, simmer in kefir for about 20 minutes. When ready, add cheese and herbs. Serve with vegetable salad or brown rice.

Snack

Cottage cheese / fermented baked milk / yogurt

Dinner

Squid salad

Ingredients:

Squid – 150 g
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Arugula
Mozzarella
Olive oil

Preparation:

Boil the squids, cut the tomatoes and mozzarella. Mix everything and pour over with olive oil.
