10 simple diet breakfasts from the stars

“I have several options for my favorite breakfasts. The first is an omelet made from one yolk and two whites with half a tomato, a quarter of an avocado and two slices of salmon. Buckwheat porridge with soy milkBuckwheat – 100 g
Soy milk – 150 ml
Prunes – 6 pcs.

Boil the coconut milk. Add the oatmeal and cook until tender, stirring constantly. Soak dried apricots in water for 10 minutes, and then cut into small pieces. Add candied fruits and dried fruits to oatmeal. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.

Hearty omelet in a mug
Egg – 1 pc.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Soy milk – 20 ml
Pepper – 1 pc.
Beat eggs with milk. Add chopped vegetables, cheese and herbs. Pour this mixture into a mug. Place in microwave for 3 minutes.
Granular cottage cheese up to 3% – 100 g
Oatmeal – 2 tablespoons
Fresh berries – 15 g

Almond milk – 150 ml
Pear – 1 pc.
Soak the spelled overnight. Fill with drinking water and boil until half cooked. Place in a casserole dish. Add almond milk, honey, chopped pear and send to oven.
