Sugar – 240 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Milk – 85 ml
Yogurt – 85 ml
Vegetable oil – 125 ml
Apple – 3 pcs.
Butter – 40 g

Vanilla – 1 tsp
Baking dough – 2 tsp
Salt – 0.5 tsp

For the dough, use a mixer to mix milk, yogurt, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, egg and 140 g of sugar. Whisk until smooth. Add 250 g oatmeal, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, ¼ tsp salt.

Place the parchment paper in a batter pan and pour in the dough. Peel the apples from seeds, cut into thin slices and lay on top. Prepare your sprinkles. To do this, mix 100 g of cereal with sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add some butter. Make a crumb and sprinkle apples on top. Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
