Banana Tea Recipe by Prakriti Shakti

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 0.5 l of water
  • Spices to taste

Preparation:

Rinse bananas thoroughly and pour over with boiling water. Cut the banana into several pieces without removing the peel. Boil the water, then add the banana slices to the liquid and cook for about 15 minutes, at the end you can add cinnamon or honey to taste. Strain and cool the drink to the temperature you want.
