Anti-cellulite diets – Diets
The season of miniskirts and open leotards is approaching inexorably, and we are still not ready for admiring men’s looks and envious sighs of our rivals! With envy we look at photographs of models in magazines and turn around in front of the mirror, comparing ourselves with a distant and unattainable ideal, but meanwhile our figure will not become slimmer by itself. The opening of the beach season makes many women think about how to make their ass slim and fit, because it is this part of the female body that attracts the attention of men. Today we will talk about how to bring your ass in perfect shape.
The main enemy of a perfect ass is cellulite. It is difficult to destroy this enemy, but it is possible, and you cannot do without a special anti-cellulite diet. When we talk about cellulite, we think of an eerie orange peel, even though cellulite has nothing to do with oranges. Cellulite deposits are the most common unevenly distributed fat. Our reflection in the mirror, as if mockingly, shows this very unpleasant picture only because the female body, unlike the male, contains at least 20% fat, which does not always deign to be distributed evenly. And this, as you know, leads to its accumulation, which threatens us with the appearance of fatty nodes, which lead to the appearance of bumps and dimples on our priests.
To fight the enemy, you need to get to know him better and find out what contributes to his appearance and active development. So, we open any medical encyclopedia and see that the appearance of cellulite is provoked by a deficiency of bile, toxins and fluid retention in the body. Most often they are associated with poor nutrition, which means that artificial and processed foods, stimulating drinks, food that overload the liver and kidneys, and improper drinking regime have not been in vain for us. But cellulite appears not only in those women who do not eat properly, but also in those who lead a sedentary lifestyle, do not maintain their muscles and skin in good shape, and easily gain excess weight.
What, then, can an anti-cellulite diet do? Firstly, it will cleanse all body systems, remove toxins and toxins, improve bile secretion, normalize the water-salt balance, and secondly, it will prevent the formation of new cellulite formations in the future. But besides this, it is necessary to create a calorie deficit, which will allow the body to switch to a mode of consumption of internal energy and get rid of cellulite fat. In addition, the diet will allow you to get rid of cellulite only if normal blood circulation is restored, and the outflow of lymph from the tissues is not hampered by anything, otherwise it will not give any results, because the body will not be able to use the reserves to which it does not have access.
Anti-cellulite diet, like any other, introduces certain restrictions on the diet. So, let’s talk about the sad, or rather, about what will have to be abandoned or reduced consumption to a minimum. First of all, you will have to start limiting yourself in salt, sugar, fats and dairy products. You need to give up “instant food”, canned food and semi-finished products. For a while, you will have to forget about carbonated drinks and instant coffee, which irritate the intestines and contribute to the appearance of cellulite. Try not to consume cocktails and a variety of substitutes or foods with artificial additives, colors and flavors that can cause cellulite in people with hypersensitivity.
The situation with water is more complicated. The fact is that the opinions of experts are divided. Some nutritionists claim that it is necessary to drink up to two liters of liquid every day, and it is better to drink “slagging” drinks, for example, green tea. Others argue that drinking too much water when the veins and lymph vessels are unable to properly remove fluid from body tissues can only worsen the problem of cellulite. Whom to listen to and how much water to drink remains unclear. Therefore, we suggest you drink water only when you want, and exactly as much as you want. However, it should be remembered that the daily water intake is 1.5 liters.
Anti-cellulite diets will also have to forget what fatty meat is for a while, but a small amount of fat is necessary for the body’s vital functions, and here fish comes to our aid, which helps to prevent heart and many other diseases. In addition, our body also needs essential fatty acids, which are found in wheat, and vegetable oils, which are found in sunflower, sesame, walnut and grape seeds. All of them can help prevent cellulite from occurring.
What to do with alcohol? After all, everyone knows that it is too high in calories and quickly turns into fat! Beer, various alcoholic cocktails, fortified wine, champagne contribute to the development of cellulite and aggravate it. The most appropriate option in this case would be the decision to give up alcohol altogether, if not for its properties such as expansion of blood vessels, improved blood supply and relaxation of the whole body. In addition, red wine contains tannins, which protect the walls of blood vessels from free radicals and strengthen them. It turns out that in small doses alcohol, especially dry red wine, helps to treat cellulite.
Are you used to drinking instant coffee in the morning? You will have to give up this bad habit. And although caffeine speeds up the metabolic rate, in high doses it causes constriction of small blood vessels and thus contributes to the appearance of cellulite. But a small cup of coffee brewed in the morning won’t do much harm.
In addition to these products, give up animal fats, fried foods, grilled chicken, sausages, smoked meats, fatty dairy products, canned food and semi-finished products, refined flour and all products containing it, margarine, ready-made meals, bouillon cubes and seasonings with the addition of monosodium glutamate and other flavor enhancers, pickles and marinades. All of these foods stress the liver and kidneys, promote the formation of free radicals and water retention in the body. All this leads to the formation of cellulite.
Now is the time to move on to the pleasant, i.e. to what you can still eat. It is especially pleasing that in the fight against cellulite, nutrition should be varied, balanced and based mainly on vegetables and fruits. Be sure to include potassium in your menu – a natural opponent of sodium, which helps to remove excess water from connective tissue. Potassium is found in wholemeal breads, green leafy vegetables, beans, milk, bananas, and oranges. By the way, it will be useful to get into the habit of eating one orange at night, this helps to remove toxins at night!
To enhance bile secretion, it is necessary to consume grapefruit, black radish, peppermint infusion, corn silk, tansy, rose hips, milk thistle, barberry, dandelion, celandine, chicory and some other plants. You will have to get used to the fact that fruits should be taken separately from the main food, despite the fact that they are a source of vitamins and minerals. However, many of them are very high in sugar in the form of fructose, which provides a lot of calories and aids in the absorption of fat from food.
The diet should have enough vitamins and minerals, especially attention should be paid to the intake of vitamin E into the body, because it is he who is responsible for the blood supply and oxygenation of the skin, strengthens the walls of blood vessels and improves metabolism. Equally important is vitamin C, which helps the body produce collagen. Seaweed and fish strengthen the connective tissue, which prevents the appearance of cellulite, or at least slows down its development. And most importantly, you should never forget about anything – do not eat after 6:00 pm and take at least a two hour break between meals.
Let’s go directly to the menu itself. One of the cellulite-killing diets offers a general nutritional line based on which you can choose what you like best. According to this anti-cellulite diet, you need to eat five times a day and separate meals for first and second breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner.
So, for the first breakfast, the authors suggest drinking a cup of tea without sugar, but with lemon or milk, eat 1-2 slices of slightly dried bread, 2 tablespoons of honey or jam with a low sugar content, or replace all this with low-fat yogurt, kefir or sour milk without Sahara. For lunch and afternoon tea, any fruit is offered, except for a banana. Lunch and dinner should consist of only one dish, for example, vegetables without limiting the amount, and a choice of poultry, fish, low-fat cheese, two eggs or vegetable soup.
Adhering to this nutritional system, you do not have to monitor the amount of food eaten, because you need to eat as much as is necessary to satisfy hunger, the main thing is not to forget to take breaks between main meals and fruits, and also to observe the correct combination of foods with each other.
The authors of another anti-cellulite diet believe that nutrition should be balanced in terms of carbohydrates, fats and proteins and include components such as fiber, which is found in whole grains, legumes, vegetables, fruits and dried fruits, low-fat protein in limited quantities that enters the body through meat, fish, seafood, eggs and dairy products, healthy fats, also in limited quantities, namely, vegetable oils and nuts. It is necessary to drink clean water, which helps to remove excess fluid and toxins from the body. Also allowed are herbal teas and infusions, compotes and juices without sugar, and in small quantities – low-fat dairy products without sugar.
There is also a ten-day anti-cellulite diet, and for all ten days of this diet, you cannot eat salt, sugar, alcohol and caffeine, but you need to drink at least 1.5 liters of water per day. The diet can be divided into even and odd days. On odd days, i.e. in the first, third, fifth, seventh and ninth, you can only eat raw fruits and vegetables. At the same time, only fruits are used for breakfast, for lunch – vegetable salad with a small amount of olive oil, and for dinner – fruits and vegetable salad. On these days, all dairy products should be excluded, and sprouted grains of wheat, beans and soy should be added to salads. On the second day of the diet, only fruit is allowed. On other even days, i.e. in the fourth, sixth, eighth and tenth, boiled vegetables and a little rice, buckwheat, oatmeal or lentils are introduced into the menu.
Anti-cellulite diets are good, of course, but you shouldn’t expect them to get rid of cellulite completely. To tone the skin, in addition to diet, physical exercise, regular massage, special cosmetics and body care products are necessary. General strengthening exercises are recommended, prolonged training of moderate intensity, for example, walking for an hour a day or swimming, cycling and running are also useful, which will help not only burn excess fat, but also tone muscles and improve the appearance of the skin, and in combination with breathing exercises, oxygenate the blood. The cellulite problem cannot be solved in a few weeks, so please be patient, willpower and achieve your goals!
