  • 250 g whole grain flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 80 g Greek yogurt
  • 4 ripe bananas
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 115 g unsalted butter
  • 150g brown or coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100 g walnuts or pecans


Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Line a baking tray with baking paper or oil.

In a large bowl, combine flour, salt and cinnamon. Melt the butter until soft, but do not let it heat up. Whisk it with sugar on high speed for 2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well each time with a mixer on medium speed. If you are using aquafaba, beat it with a mixer until thick. After that, vanilla, yogurt and bananas are sent to the mixture. Mix all ingredients until smooth. Stir in the dry ingredients at a slow speed, but do not overdo it with a mixer at this stage. Add nuts.

Place the mixture in a baking dish, top with bananas, cut into thin circles. Place in the oven for 60-65 minutes. If you see that the bread begins to brown a lot, you can cover it with foil after 30 minutes.

  • 1 tbsp. almond flour
  • 1/4 Art. coconut flour
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. l. maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. l. ghee
  • 1 tsp baking soda,
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp. chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tbsp. roasted walnuts


Preheat oven to 175 ° C.

Mash the bananas until puree, add the maple syrup, butter, eggs and stir.

In a separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and add the mashed banana mixture to them, mix everything thoroughly again.

Place the dough in a baking dish and place in the oven for 40-60 minutes.

Let the bread cool and transfer to a plate.

Chrissy Teigen’s Recipe


  • 2 tbsp. banana puree (about 5-6 bananas)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2/3 st. rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 dark chocolate bar, diced
  • 1 scoop of ice cream


Preheat oven to 160 ° C.

In a large bowl, combine the banana puree, eggs and canola oil and set aside.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and pudding mixture. Combine this mixture with the previous one and mix everything thoroughly (preferably by hand, without using a mixer!). Add coconut and chocolate to the resulting mass.

Grease a baking dish with oil and flour. Transfer the dough to a mold and place in the oven. Bake for 60 to 80 minutes.

Let the banana bread cool for 10 minutes and transfer to a plate or serving tray.

Serve with a scoop of ice cream.
