Five hot recipes that cook in 15 minutes

Cheese pancakes
Ingredients:
Hard cheese – 150 g
Zucchini – 100 g
Carrots – 100 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Rice flour – 2 tablespoons
Greens
Sea salt
For the sauce:
Cottage cheese
Yogurt
Greens
Salt
Preparation:
Grate all ingredients with a coarse grater. Mix. Salt. Shape the pancakes. Fry in olive oil. Serve with the sauce, whisking all the ingredients with a blender.
Broccoli pasta
Ingredients:
Pasta – 100 g
Broccoli – 100 g
Pine nuts – 30 g
Parmesan – 50 g
Garlic
Basil – 1 bunch
Olive oil
Preparation:
Boil the pasta (choose from durum wheat, which needs to be cooked for at least 15-20 minutes) until half cooked. Fry the broccoli in olive oil and a clove of garlic. In a blend, whisk the parmesan, olive oil, basil and some of the pine nuts. Place the sauce on the bottom of a deep dish. Top is pasta and broccoli. Garnish with the rest of the pine nuts and serve.
Warm vegetable salad
Ingredients:
Eggplant – 1 pc.
Zucchini – 1 pc.
Tomato – 1 pc.
Champignons – 3 pcs.
Pepper – 1 pc.
For refueling
Olive oil
Garlic
Sea salt
Preparation:
Cut vegetables and mushrooms into thin slices and fry in a grill pan. Prepare the dressing by whisking all the ingredients in a blender. Place vegetables in layers in a deep bowl. Eggplant is a sauce. Tomatoes are a sauce. Mushrooms – sauce. Pepper is a sauce. Let stand in a warm oven for 5 minutes and serve. It is better to pamper yourself with this dish at lunch: due to the fact that vegetables actively absorb oil, the total calorie content of the dish turns out to be rather big.
Fried cheese with tomato salad
Ingredients:
Goat cheese – 100 g
Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
Garlic – 1 clove
Cilantro
Olive oil
Preparation:
Ideal for dinner. Whisk cilantro with garlic and olive oil. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Pour over the sauce and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Cut the cheese into thick slices and fry with a drop of olive oil. Serve with toasted whole grain bread.
Grilled chicken breast in orange sauce
Ingredients:
Chicken breast – 150 g
Orange – 1 pc.
Lemon – 1/2
Rosemary
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation:
Cut the chicken fillet into thin slices. Marinate in orange juice sauce with a sprig of rosemary and two tablespoons of olive oil. Fry in a grill pan, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with lemon juice before serving. Any vegetable salad is suitable for a side dish.
