Healthy lunch: three recipes from model Karlie Kloss



FROMModel Karlie Kloss’ favorite foods, according to her YouTube channel, are coleslaw and avocado salad, grilled salmon, and creamy cauliflower soup without milk. Sounds very appetizing!

Here’s how to make a healthy lunch like Carly’s.

Creamy Cauliflower Soup

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 large onion (chopped)
1 cauliflower (chopped)
2 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
¼ cups pumpkin seeds
1-1.5 liters vegetable or chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute the onions in a large skillet over low heat for 5 minutes until translucent. Add cauliflower, bay leaf, and garlic. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for ~ 25 minutes. Beat the whole mass in a blender for a minute to a puree consistency.

Cabbage and avocado salad

Ingredients:

1 kale
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 ripe avocado
½ tablespoon lemon juice
¼ tablespoon salt

You need to “undress” and thoroughly wash the kale. Chop it up and place in a large bowl. Cut the avocado there and squeeze the lemon, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Mix.

Fried salmon

Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets
1 lemon
1 tablespoon dill
Salt pepper and olive oil to taste

Arrange the salmon fillets and rub well with olive oil, salt and herbs. Slice lemon slices thinly and place on top. Preheat the grill to 180 degrees and spread the fish. Cook for about 30 minutes.
