Japanese Diet – Diets. How to lose weight

In spring, the minds of the beautiful half of humanity are seized by thoughts of an ideal figure. Such thoughts torment us throughout the year, but especially in the spring. Therefore, it is not surprising that in spring the themes of beauty, healthy eating and all kinds of diets are heard more often and more actively in the conversations of passers-by young ladies, colleagues and girlfriends.

One of the diets popular today with Russian girls is the Japanese diet, which promises stunning long-term results in 13 days. The peculiarity of this diet is that strict adherence to its principles leads to changes in metabolism, due to which the lost kilograms do not return for several years.

They say that the diet was developed by Japanese nutritionists specifically for the West, but in Japan itself, no one sits on such a diet! And this is understandable, because the foods in the diet are completely uncharacteristic of the traditional diet of the Japanese: in this diet you will not find rice, seafood (except fish), or green tea. Instead, in “Japanese” there is only black coffee (which, by the way, is rarely drunk in Japan), and in such quantities that it would be more correct to call the diet “coffee” and warn against it those who have problems with blood pressure.

Professional nutritionists warn those wishing to “go out”: the diet is low in calories, even very low in calories – on some days the calorie content does not exceed 700 kcal. In addition, it is completely unbalanced in nutritional value: few carbohydrates, vitamins and minerals, but a lot of fat and protein. Plus coffee … It’s no wonder to earn gastritis. So if you do decide to go on a Japanese diet, do not forget to take a good multivitamin complex.

Japanese diet: description, recommendations, warningsAnother tip for beginners: enter and exit the diet should be smooth, without stress on the stomach. That is, you should not arrange a mountain feast on the eve of the first day and roll up a hospitable feast on the fourteenth day. A light salad, vegetable dish and your favorite bun will be enough.

During the entire cycle of the Japanese diet, salt, sugar and alcohol should not be consumed. You can and should drink water – mineral table water, boiled, filtered. The body will need at least one and a half liters of fluid per day, do not deprive it of water.

And here is the Japanese diet itself, painted every day with scrupulous accuracy, as daredevils who have tested it on themselves assure. It is important to stick to it without substituting food or changing days. Otherwise, the result will not be achieved.
