True, you need to remember that we are talking about real kefir, the very drink that is included in the list of the healthiest foods in the world. It is best to cook kefir yourself from sourdough. But if there is no time, buy kefir in the store, keeping track of the production time. One-day kefir is good for the intestines, it is low in alcohols (an inevitable companion of the fermentation process) and microbial contents. Two-day kefir contains an optimal amount of enzymes and microorganisms. Three-day kefir contains the maximum amount of these substances, as well as carbon dioxide, which irritates the gastrointestinal mucosa.
Most nutritionists treat kefir very respectfully, which is quite justified, because this is a truly unique low-calorie product that is well absorbed by the body and contains a lot of substances useful for it. Nutritionists themselves, and fans of all kinds of kefir diets, and those who prefer light food know well that kefir is an excellent substitute for some poorly digestible foods. For example, it can be successfully used as a salad dressing instead of sour cream or mayonnaise.
Today, the most effective is the mono-kefir or single-product version of this diet, but it is very difficult: for three days, only kefir is consumed – 1.5 liters per day for 5-6 meals at regular intervals. Kefir should be fat-free, preferably 1% and without any additives. A strict kefir diet may contain several sweet vegetables, for example, 2-3 slices of stewed pumpkin. Compliance with this diet for 5 days will give the most favorable result: the body will be cleansed, at least 3-4 kg of excess weight will disappear, but in this case you may develop a persistent dislike for kefir.
Such a diet on kefir is difficult precisely because it is just as difficult to get out of it as it is to start observing. Only those whose body is ideally prepared for such changes in “energy supply” can try this diet. In addition, consuming large quantities of this product for several days can cause intestinal upset. At the end of the kefir diet, a person, as a rule, dreams of only one thing – to eat enough! However, overeating can seriously harm the body. It is for this reason that a number of nutritionists recommend approaching a strict diet on kefir, having previously consulted with a doctor, and starting with fasting days on kefir, because sometimes one fasting day a week can give better results than monthly torture of the body.
There is also a more gentle version of the kefir diet for those who are ready to give up their usual and favorite dishes for seven whole days. This kefir diet is more nutritious and varied than the mono kefir diet, and it is even believed that it is more useful than many other mono diets.
In this version, small quantities of meat and fish are attached to kefir in their natural form, that is, without salt, spices and other additives. The daily volume of kefir is slightly changed – 1-1.5 liters for 5-6 doses.
Seven Day Kefir Diet
1st day: 5 boiled or baked potato tubers + kefir.
2nd day: 100 g of boiled chicken breast, which can be replaced with turkey. Do not use the broth.
3rd day: 100 g of lean boiled meat, without using broth.
4th day: 100 g of boiled sea and low-fat fish: halibut, pollock, flounder, navaga.
5th day: 1 kg of fruits and vegetables, divided over the whole day. It can be kiwi, fresh pineapple, apples, pears, persimmons, fresh cucumbers, eggplants, zucchini, tomatoes, pumpkin, beets, but bananas and grapes should be completely excluded from the diet.
6th day: only kefir, and the volume can be increased to 2 liters.
7th day: at least 1.5-2 liters of still mineral water throughout the day.
On the 8th day, you can return to your normal diet with the restriction of fatty, sweet and flour products. Kefir can still be included in the diet in the amount of 0.5-1 liters per day between meals. It should be unsweetened and as fat-free as possible. You can “sit” on such a diet no more than 1 time in 2 months.
Diet on kefir “Star” slightly softer than the option suggested above, but there are differences in the timing of this diet: it should alternate with weeks of your usual diet until you achieve the desired result. That is, one week of kefir diet, one week of regular meals with some restrictions, without bread, fatty, spicy and sweet foods.
The feeding process consists of 6 meals a day at regular intervals: 8.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00 and 18.00 – this is the last meal, after which it is not even recommended to drink water. Water consumption, by the way, is quite limited – no more than 0.5 liters per day, naturally, boiled, unsweetened and still. Avid coffee lovers in the morning are allowed 1 cup of coffee without sugar. However, they are still encouraged to pull themselves together and switch to tea, in which there is almost the same amount of caffeine, and the benefits are much greater.
Before starting the diet itself, it is recommended to conduct a course of artificial bowel cleansing. I must say that this procedure is unpleasant, but, you must agree, since it is necessary for the case, you can tolerate it. If you decide to use laxatives, then you need to consult a doctor. Remember to be very careful with medications at all times.
1st day: 400 g of baked potatoes without salt + 500 ml of low-fat 1% kefir.
2nd day: 400 g fat-free cottage cheese + 500 ml of kefir.
3rd day: 400 g of fruit, excluding bananas, grapes and persimmons, + 500 ml of 1% kefir.
4th day: 400 g of boiled chicken breasts without salt + 500 ml of 1% kefir.
5th day: 400 g of fruits, the same as on the 3rd day + 500 ml of 1% kefir.
6th day: 1.5 liters of still mineral water.
7th day: 400 g of fruit + 500 ml of 1% kefir.
For enthusiasts who do not want to part with the dietary regimen and somewhat tighten it up, an option such as nine-day diet on kefir with apples, which provides for the alternation of kefir and apples for 9 days. The first three days you need to drink 1.5-2 liters of kefir per day, the next three days, eat 1.5 kg of apples a day, then again for three days kefir. Why apples, you ask? Yes, because in our middle lane this particular fruit is the most popular and affordable, regardless of the season. And so far, there is simply no worthy replacement for him. The diet is really too harsh. While using it, you can experience dizziness and a feeling of weakness. When you feel these symptoms, add a little cottage cheese or a boiled egg to your diet, make yourself a fruit or vegetable salad. After all, bullying your own body is clearly not included in your weight loss program.
Here comes another version of the kefir diet, as well as the previous one, built on the principle of alternation and designed for 9 days. A certain amount of food is calculated for every three days. The first three days: 1% kefir in any quantity and 100 g of boiled rice without salt per day. The next three days: 1% kefir and 100 g of boiled chicken breast also without salt per day. And the final three days: kefir and apples as much as you like.
Kefir is part of many diets. In the summer, when you have plenty of fresh homemade cucumbers, you can try a diet on kefir with cucumbers. A very effective diet, I must say, but again, not everyone will survive it. In addition, you should not have any diseases of the gastrointestinal tract. To be on the safe side, a person who is confident in their health never hurts to consult a doctor. If there are no health problems, and you are not at all embarrassed by the combination of kefir and cucumbers, then tune your body for seven days of active weight loss using this diet. By the way, literally in a week you can get rid of 4-6 hated kilograms. All this time you need to drink only clean non-carbonated water, up to 1.5 liters per day, and green tea without sugar. Nutritionists also advise during this period to support the body with multivitamins with trace elements.
Diet on kefir with cucumbers
Menu for the day
Breakfast: 1 stack. kefir, 200 g of cucumbers.
Lunch: 1 stack. kefir and 200 g of cucumbers.
Lunch: salad of fresh cucumbers and lettuce leaves, seasoned with lemon juice and vegetable oil, 1 stack. kefir, 100 g of boiled, baked or steamed lean sea fish.
Dinner: 1 stack. kefir and 200 g of cucumbers.
Before bedtime: 1 stack. kefir.
After a daily tasty and rich menu, such a diet will seem too harsh to anyone. It is not surprising that weakness, headaches and dizziness can occur during the diet. Try first to experiment with fasting days, taking as a basis such a proposed menu for the day, and only after that you can swing for all 7 days of the diet.
Diet on kefir and buckwheat is designed for 7 days and consists of a very simple menu. You can eat porridge as much as you want in a day, naturally without salt, sugar and everything else. You need to cook it like this: in the evening, measure out the required amount of buckwheat, fill it with boiling water, then literally after a couple of minutes, pour out the water with a new portion of boiling water (1 cup. Cereal per 1.5 liters of boiling water). Thoroughly wrap a saucepan of porridge in a blanket and leave until morning. Since porridge can be eaten as much as the soul desires, then the feeling of hunger is guaranteed to not torment you. The main rule is the last meal 4-5 hours before bedtime. Before going to bed, you can drink a little kefir. During the day, the permissible rate of kefir is 1 liter. Of course, it should be non-greasy. It is best consumed 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after meals. If you don’t feel like eating dry and tasteless porridge at all, drink it down or fill it with kefir. Now about the liquid. You need to drink at least 1.5 liters of liquid per day. This can be green tea, still water, or some herbal teas without sugar. It is allowed to add lemon to them. Sometimes, no more than twice a day, you can pamper yourself with a cup of coffee or black tea, but it is not recommended to abuse these drinks.
