Pancakes with chocolate
Ingredients:Kefir – 250 g Egg – 1 pc. Whole grain flour – 180 g Dark chocolate – 15 g Soda, slaked with vinegar – ½ tsp. Sweetener Vanillin
Beat the egg with sweetener. We heat kefir in the microwave for 30 seconds, mix with an egg. Add all dry ingredients, three chocolates on a fine grater to the dough. Mix thoroughly. The dough should be thick. Fry the pancakes on both sides until tender.
Ingredients:Lavash without yeast – 100 g Chicken ham – 60 g Natural yogurt – 20 g Tomato paste 100% – 30 g Curd cheese 12% – 40 g Tomatoes / cucumbers / lettuce
Wrap all the ingredients in pita bread and enjoy!

Ingredients:Rice – 70 g Chicken fillet – 100 g Broccoli – 50 g Sesame
Boil rice, broccoli and chicken simmer over low heat. When serving, add a little salt and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
