Mushroom soup with croutons and vegetables
From this amount of ingredients, prepare a soup for 2 servings, one per day.
Champignons – 125 g
Onion (half an onion) – 58 g
Cream 10% – 200 g
Sunflower oil – 1 tsp
Fry the mushrooms with onions, salt and pepper in oil.
