Ingredients:

Fatty minced meat – 500 g
Head of cabbage – 1/2
Ghee
Spices (such as cumin)

Preparation:

The best option is to find a farm products store that sells beef from mostly grass-fed cows or lamb (these animals always walk in nature), and ask them to make you fatty mince. Mozzarella for pizza (not the one that floats in solution) – 200 g
2 tbsp. l. fatty soft cheese
3/4 cup almond flour
Egg
salt to taste (the salinity of the cheese may be sufficient)
For the sauce:
Homemade Tomato Salsa Cilantro
For filling:
50 g of any melting cheese, you can use the same mozzarella

Preparation:

Start with a sauce if you don’t have stock. It is better not to use store options and ketchups, they most often contain sugar. The sauce can be made while the pizza base is baking, but you have to do it very quickly. This is an option for advanced cooks. Put the oven to heat up to 220 degrees. Grate the mozzarella, mix with two tablespoons of soft cheese and flour, put in the microwave for a minute to maximum. Stir the melted mass, put on for another 30 seconds. Now we need to act very quickly. Until the mass begins to solidify, stir in the egg with a fork, pour the mass onto a sheet of baking paper. Cover with a second sheet, roll. Do not set yourself the task of achieving a perfect circle, it is difficult to accomplish. Remove the top sheet of parchment. Then send the base to the oven for 12-15 minutes. If you want it to be crisper, you can turn it over after 15 minutes and let it stand for another 3-5 minutes. Remove the base from the oven, spread with sauce, sprinkle with cheese, crumble the ingredients on top, send to bake for another 3 minutes – until the cheese melts. Decorate with the rest of the ingredients that do not need to be cooked, for example, jamon and spinach, I put on the ready-made pizza.
