Preparation:

Beat the egg with cocoa, add milk and oatmeal. Bake the oatmeal dough on both sides in a non-stick pan. Spread the filling, lay out the berries / fruits and roll the pancake.

Ingredients:

Natural yogurt – 180 g
Pumpkin – 50 g
Dried apricots – 20 g

Preparation:

Bake the pumpkin in the oven. Grind all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Grilled chicken fillet

Chicken fillet – 150 g
Olive oil – 5 g
Salt, spices – to taste
Cheese to taste
Greens to taste

Addition to the main course:

Italian Vegetable Mix – 200 g

Preparation:

Coat the chicken fillet with oil, grate with spices to taste and leave to marinate for about 2 hours at room temperature. After grilling. Season the vegetable mixture with spices, stew, fry or bake – of your choice.

Chicken chops with cheese

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet – 120 g
Tomato – 40 g
Cheese – 20 g
Natural yogurt – 1 tsp
Garlic, salt, spices – to taste

Addition to the main course:

Vegetables – 150 g

Preparation:

Beat off chicken fillet, salt. Brush with garlic and yogurt. Cut the tomato into slices and place on the fillet. Bake in the oven, sprinkle with cheese 5 minutes until tender.
