Chocolate oatmeal with filling
Ingredients:Oat flakes – 40 g Egg – 1 pc. Cocoa – 10 g Milk – 10 ml
Filling:Soft cottage cheese – 40 g Fruit / berries – 50 g
Beat the egg with cocoa, add milk and oatmeal. Bake the oatmeal dough on both sides in a non-stick pan. Spread the filling, lay out the berries / fruits and roll the pancake.
Ingredients:Natural yogurt – 180 g Pumpkin – 50 g Dried apricots – 20 g
Bake the pumpkin in the oven. Grind all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Grilled chicken fillet
Ingredients:Chicken fillet – 150 g Olive oil – 5 g Salt, spices – to taste Cheese to taste Greens to taste

Beat off chicken fillet, salt. Brush with garlic and yogurt. Cut the tomato into slices and place on the fillet. Bake in the oven, sprinkle with cheese 5 minutes until tender.
