Avocado and egg toast
Ingredients:Whole wheat bread Avocado Poached egg Cottage cheese Greens to taste
Toast the bread in a toaster, cut or mash the avocado with a fork. Spread cheese on the bread, top with an avocado and an egg, sprinkle with spices or herbs.
Ingredients for 4 servings:Water – 1 l Potatoes – 1 pc. Carrots – 1 pc. Onions – 50 g Soft cheese – 150 g Salt, pepper – to taste Greens to taste
Bring water to a boil, add potatoes, chopped into small cubes, grated carrots, finely chopped onions. When the vegetables are almost ready, add soft cheese to the broth, stir well so that the cheese dissolves in the water. Beat the soup with a blender. Season with salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
Natural yoghurt with nuts
Ingredients:Chicken fillet – 300 g Egg – 1 pc. Ground oatmeal – 1 tbsp. l. Champignons – 150 g Tomatoes – ½ pcs. Light cheese – 10 g Salt, spices – to taste
Grind the fillet into the minced meat with a blender, add the egg, salt and oatmeal. Mix well, leave for 10 minutes. Then chop the mushrooms, simmer in your own juice for 7-10 minutes. You can add onions to the mushrooms (who loves), we do not add oil! With wet hands, form minced meat nests, put on foil in a baking container, make a depression with a spoon, which we fill with stewed mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese on top.
