Salt to taste

Preparation:

Mix oatmeal (flakes) with milk. Add eggs, salt and stir. Pour the resulting mass into a frying pan preheated with a drop of oil. Fry for 5-7 minutes over low heat, covered. Then sprinkle with grated cheese and garnish with tomato slices one half of the pancake, cover it with the other half of the pancake. And let the cheese melt for another 1-2 minutes.

Ingredients:

Chicken liver – 600 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Egg – 1 pc.
Rice flour (or other flour other than wheat) – 50 g
Salt, pepper – to taste

Preparation:

Grind everything in a blender. Fry in a dry non-stick skillet without oil on both sides for about 5 minutes.

Chicken pizza

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet – 300 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt, pepper – to taste
Vegetable oil
Cheese – 30 g
Tomato – 50 g
Bulgarian pepper – 50 g

Preparation:

Grind the fillet into minced meat. Add 1 egg, salt and pepper to it, mix everything. Grease a baking dish with a little vegetable oil. Lay the minced meat in a dense layer, spread the chopped tomato and bell pepper on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top, and send to an oven or slow cooker preheated to 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
