Raisins – 10 g.

Peel the apple. Fry the hazelnuts in a dry frying pan. Combine curd with raisins and nuts. Stuff the apple. Bake at 150 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Dinner

Julienne with chicken and mushrooms

Champignons – 30 g.
Cream – 20 ml.
Low fat cheese
Spice

Cut the chicken breast into cubes, the mushrooms into plates. Grate the cheese. Fry the mushrooms with chicken in a dry frying pan until half cooked. Place everything in a baking dish. Top with cream. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven until tender. Serve with chopped herbs.

Snack

“Caprese” with sun-dried tomatoes

Arugula – 40 g.
Sun-dried tomatoes – 20 g.
Mozzarella – 30 g.
Balsamic vinegar

Rinse the arugula and pat dry with a paper towel. Combine all ingredients and season with balsamic vinegar. Done!

Curd pudding with raspberries

Raspberries – 20 g.
Gelatin – 5 g.
Honey
Vanilla

Whip cottage cheese with honey and vanilla. Pour instant gelatin with cold water, let stand for 10 minutes and heat without boiling. Mix with curd mass. Place raspberries on the bottom of the bowl. Pour in the curd mass. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve with a sprig of mint.
