Hhedgehog cream soup, chicken in oranges – PP blogger
Toast with egg and avocado
Ingredients:Whole grain bread – 2 slices Avocado – ½ pc. Mustard Spices Egg – 2 pcs.
Toast the bread in a toaster or dry skillet. Mash the avocado with a fork, add some mustard and spices. Spread on bread, serve with poached egg.
Mushroom cream soup
Ingredients:Champignons – 300 g Potatoes – 2 pcs. Carrots – 1 pc. Garlic – 2 cloves Cream – 50 g Spices, salt – to taste Greens to taste
Cook mushrooms with potatoes for 15 minutes. Grate the carrots and fry with garlic over low heat. Add to soup and cook for another 15 minutes. Pour in cream, add spices and cook until cooked. Beat the soup with a blender and serve with whole grain croutons.
Ingredients:Spinach – 100 g Kiwi – 1 pc. Coconut milk
Cut the kiwi into cubes, place in a bowl, add spinach and milk. Beat the ingredients in a blender.
Chicken with oranges
Ingredients:Chicken thighs – 2 pcs. Orange – ½ pc. Garlic – 2 cloves Spices, salt – to taste Rice – 50 g
Grate chicken thighs with spices and garlic. Cut the orange into circles. Put the meat with oranges in a baking dish, bake for 20 minutes. Boil rice and serve with chicken.
