Ingredients:Whole grain bread – 2 slices Egg – 1 pc. Lettuce leaves Curd cheese – 20 g Red fish – 20 g Cucumber – 50 g
Fry bread, boil an egg. Spread cheese on bread, cut a cucumber, egg and fish. Make a sandwich, cut diagonally.
Grapefruit – 200 g
Chicken with oranges
Ingredients:Chicken thighs – 2 pcs. Orange – ½ pc. Garlic – 2 cloves Spices, salt – to taste Rice – 50 g
Grate chicken thighs with spices and garlic. Cut the orange into circles. Put the meat with oranges in a baking dish, bake for 20 minutes. Boil rice and serve with chicken.
Ingredients:Cottage cheese – 200 g Egg – 1 pc. Flour – 2 tbsp. l. Cinnamon
Mix ingredients, spoon into dry frying pan. Serve with natural yoghurt, fruit or sprinkle with cinnamon.
Salad with tuna
Ingredients:Tuna in its own juice – 100 g Boiled egg – 1 pc. Cucumber – 1 pc. Peking cabbage – 50 g Sour cream (low-fat) – 1 tbsp. l.
Mash the tuna with a fork. Add chopped boiled egg, finely chopped cucumber and Chinese cabbage. Season with sour cream or natural yogurt
