Ingredients:

Eggs – 3 pieces
Cream 20% – 150 ml
Butter – 20 g

Preparation:

Stir the eggs (do not beat), salt, add cream. Grease the deep mold well with butter. Pour the mixture into it. Bake in a preheated oven for 20-30 minutes at 190 degrees. Cut the finished omelet into portions. Put butter on top.

Use lettuce leaves 20 g (to taste) and olive oil (1 tablespoon).

DINNER

Shrimps in curry

Ingredients:

Peeled shrimps -120 g
Coconut milk or cream – 175 ml
Fish broth – to taste
Panag curry paste
Garlic to taste
Cilantro to taste
Lime – 2 pieces
Coconut oil – 20 g

Preparation:

Peel the shrimp. Chop the garlic and cilantro and cut the limes into quarters. Heat the coconut milk over medium heat, not boiling. Add pasta, garlic, one lime. Add shrimps. As the shrimp turn pink, add the broth, coconut oil and simmer for a few minutes. Remove from heat. Pull out the lime. Cool slightly, sprinkle with cilantro.
