Lose weight with taste: menu for Monday from Alena Vasilyeva

This week we suggest following the menu developed by Alena especially for those who want to lose weight.
Gluten Free Cheesecakes
Cottage cheese 5% – 500 g
Egg – 2 pieces
Rice flour – 15 g
Sweetener (not sugar!) – 20 g (optional)
Vanilla / vanillin – 5 g
Vegetable oil – 2 g (grease the pan)
Rice flour (for rolling) – 15 g
Cottage cheese can be passed through a sieve, so it will be much softer and without lumps. Separately mix 2 yolks with sweetener (in my case, agave syrup) and vanilla. Beat 2 egg whites separately until foamy. Next, add the yolks (previously prepared) to the curd, then the whipped protein, rice flour (about 15 grams) and mix everything. From the resulting mass we form balls, roll them quite a bit in rice flour and put them on a frying pan preheated over medium heat under the lid for 5-6 minutes on each side (watch when there is dense cottage cheese on top and will not spread). You can add sour cream and fresh berries to them
Buckwheat with vegetables and turkey
Buckwheat – 250 ml
Boiling water – 700 ml
Zucchini – 1 pc (300 g)
Red onion -1 pc
Garlic – 1 wedge
Ready-made turkey (chicken, ham, minced meat – any meat to taste) – 150-200 grams;
Spices: sweet paprika, salt and black pepper.
Pour a spoonful of olive oil into a frying pan (without it) and add vegetables. Cooking for 2-3 minutes. We fall asleep buckwheat and add meat and spices. We warm everything up, stirring for 3 minutes. Fill with boiling water and cook over a fire slightly above average for 10-15 minutes, until the water completely evaporates. Cover with a lid – let it brew for 5 minutes. Serve with herbs, fresh tomatoes and Adyghe cheese.
Shrimp, celery and cucumber salad
Shrimps – 150 g
Celery – 70 g
Cucumber – 2 pieces
Olive oil – 2 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 sec. l.
Steam or grill the shrimp for 5-7 minutes. Chop all vegetables and mix with shrimp, butter, lemon juice and salt.
