Ingredients:Cottage cheese – 200 g Egg – 1 pc. Salt Sweetener Rice or oat flour – 50 g Currant or cherry Yogurt or sour cream
Prepare the dough by combining cottage cheese, egg, salt, sugar substitute and rice or oat flour. Dip your hands in flour, roll small balls of dough and put 1-2 currants or cherries inside. Cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream or natural yoghurt.
Ingredients:Bread – 2 pcs. Avocado – ½ pc. Suluguni Greens to taste
Cut the cheese and avocado into breads.
Ingredients:Pollock fillet – 300 g Egg white – 1 pc. Semolina – 2 tbsp. l. Salt, spices – to taste
Grind the pollock fillet with a blender, add the protein of one egg, semolina, spices. Mix thoroughly. Lubricate the pan with a drop of oil, spoon the cutlets like pancakes. Fry over low heat, covered on both sides, until tender.
Brown rice pilaf
Ingredients:Brown rice – 200 g Chicken fillet – 150 g Carrots – 1 pc. Onions – ½ pc. Spices, salt – to taste
Cut the fillet and fry with onions and carrots. Simmer with rice for about 20 minutes, add spices and herbs.
