BREAKFAST

Lazy dumplings

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese – 200 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt
Sweetener
Rice or oat flour – 50 g
Currant or cherry
Yogurt or sour cream

Preparation:

Prepare the dough by combining cottage cheese, egg, salt, sugar substitute and rice or oat flour. Dip your hands in flour, roll small balls of dough and put 1-2 currants or cherries inside. Cook in boiling salted water for 10 minutes. Serve with sour cream or natural yoghurt.

SNACK

Avocado Bread

Ingredients:

Bread – 2 pcs.
Avocado – ½ pc.
Suluguni
Greens to taste

Preparation:

Cut the cheese and avocado into breads.

DINNER

Fish cutlets

Ingredients:

Pollock fillet – 300 g
Egg white – 1 pc.
Semolina – 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, spices – to taste

Preparation:

Grind the pollock fillet with a blender, add the protein of one egg, semolina, spices. Mix thoroughly. Lubricate the pan with a drop of oil, spoon the cutlets like pancakes. Fry over low heat, covered on both sides, until tender.

DINNER

Brown rice pilaf

Ingredients:

Brown rice – 200 g
Chicken fillet – 150 g
Carrots – 1 pc.
Onions – ½ pc.
Spices, salt – to taste

Preparation:

Cut the fillet and fry with onions and carrots. Simmer with rice for about 20 minutes, add spices and herbs.
