Chicken in cream
Ingredients:
Chicken thigh (without skin) – 150 g Low fat cream Champignons – 100 g Onions – ½ pc. Spices to taste Brown rice – 150 gPreparation:
Fry onions with mushrooms over low heat. Grate chicken thigh with spices and simmer in cream with mushrooms for 20 minutes. Serve with rice and fresh vegetables.
