Ingredients:Oatmeal Coconut milk Any nuts Cinnamon
Soak oatmeal for 10 minutes, then cook in milk. Add nuts and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Chicken in cream
Ingredients:Chicken thigh (without skin) – 150 g Low fat cream Champignons – 100 g Onions – ½ pc. Spices to taste Brown rice – 150 g
Fry onions with mushrooms over low heat. Grate chicken thigh with spices and simmer in cream with mushrooms for 20 minutes. Serve with rice and fresh vegetables.
Salad with tuna
Ingredients:Canned tuna – 150 g Tomatoes – 1-2 pcs. Salad Olives Boiled eggs – 2 pcs. Olive oil
Chop the ingredients and season with olive oil.
