Pancakes with cheese and salmon
Ingredients:Egg – 1 pc. Milk – 50 g Flour – 40 g Curd cheese – 80 g Salmon – 100 g Greens to taste
Mix the egg with milk and flour, stir. If the dough is thick, add a little water. Fry pancakes in a dry frying pan. Then grease the pancakes with cottage cheese, add fish and herbs.
Ingredients:Chicken fillet – 200 g Garlic – 2-3 cloves Zucchini – 150 g Egg – 1 pc.
Grind the fillet with garlic in a blender. Add grated zucchini and egg to the mass. Season with salt and mix well. Form cutlets, fry in a dry frying pan, sprinkle with herbs. Serve with fresh vegetables.
Ingredients:Whole grain bread – 1 slice Egg – 1 pc. Lettuce or arugula Cucumber – ½ pc.
Fry the bread, top with the cucumber, lettuce and fried egg. Can be served with caviar.
Fish with rice
Ingredients:Any white fish – 400 g Garlic – 2 cloves Basil – to taste Soy sauce Brown rice – 200 g
Grill fish, grease it with garlic and sprinkle with soy sauce. Boil rice. You can also serve fish with vegetables or salad (iceberg, arugula).
