Ingredients:Buckwheat – 50 g (dry) Milk – 100 g Honey – 1 tsp Banana – 70-100 g
Boil buckwheat in water, add milk five minutes before being ready. Serve porridge with honey and banana.
Cottage cheese (120 g) and pear (100 g)
The pear can be sprinkled with cinnamon.
Goulash with potatoes
Preparation:Beef – 170 g Onions – 1 pc. Carrots – 1 pc. Sour cream – 1 tbsp. l. Tomato paste – 1 tsp Potatoes – 200 g Ingredients for the salad: Cabbage Cucumber Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.
Chop the beef, stew with onions and carrots. Add a spoonful of sour cream and a spoonful of tomato paste. Boil the potatoes and serve with meat and cabbage salad with cucumber.

Salad with tuna
