Ingredients:

Buckwheat – 50 g (dry)
Milk – 100 g
Honey – 1 tsp
Banana – 70-100 g

Preparation:

Boil buckwheat in water, add milk five minutes before being ready. Serve porridge with honey and banana.

SNACK

Cottage cheese (120 g) and pear (100 g)

DINNER

Goulash with potatoes

Preparation:

Beef – 170 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Sour cream – 1 tbsp. l.
Tomato paste – 1 tsp
Potatoes – 200 g
Ingredients for the salad:
Cabbage
Cucumber
Vegetable oil – 1 tsp.

Preparation:

Chop the beef, stew with onions and carrots. Add a spoonful of sour cream and a spoonful of tomato paste. Boil the potatoes and serve with meat and cabbage salad with cucumber.

SNACK

Kefir / fermented baked milk / yogurt (200 g) + berries (50 g)

Salad with tuna

Ingredients:

Tuna in its own juice – 100 g
Boiled egg – 1 pc.
Cucumber – 1 pc.
Peking cabbage – 50 g
Sour cream (low-fat) – 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

Mash the tuna with a fork. Add chopped boiled egg, finely chopped cucumber and Chinese cabbage. Season with sour cream or natural yogurt.
