Boil chia seeds overnight or 10-15 minutes. Make a kiwi and half a banana smoothie. Cut the leftovers into decorations. We lay out everything in layers, starting with chia. Decorate with coconut, nuts and banana.
Snack
Avocado toast with poached egg
Ingredients:
Wholemeal bread Poached egg Avocado Caviar Pine nutPreparation:
Fry the bread with a drop of olive oil, spread caviar on top. Chop (or mash) the avocado pulp, sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve with an egg.
