Breakfast

Chia with muesli

Ingredients:

Muesli (I have muesli tropical Energy diet)
Chia seeds
Coconut milk
Kiwi – 1 pc.
Banana – ½ pc.
Coconut flakes
Nuts

Preparation:

Boil chia seeds overnight or 10-15 minutes. Make a kiwi and half a banana smoothie. Cut the leftovers into decorations. We lay out everything in layers, starting with chia. Decorate with coconut, nuts and banana.

Snack

Avocado toast with poached egg

Ingredients:

Wholemeal bread
Poached egg
Avocado
Caviar
Pine nut

Preparation:

Fry the bread with a drop of olive oil, spread caviar on top. Chop (or mash) the avocado pulp, sprinkle with chopped nuts and serve with an egg.

Dessert

PP-brioche

Ingredients:

Almond flour – 80 g
Almond milk – 60 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Pinch of baking soda
Green apple – 1pc.
Nuts and seeds

Preparation:

Three apples, mix all the ingredients, transfer the mass to the mold and to the oven at 180 degrees. I added Energy chocolate for sweetness, you can use any sweetener.

Dinner

Fish cakes with broccoli

Ingredients:

Fillet of any fish (I have halibut)
Broccoli
Green buckwheat flour
Egg – 1 pc.
Salt

For decoration:

Cherry tomatoes
Avocado
Spinach
Pine nuts

Preparation:

Grind all ingredients in a mixer. Heat the pan and fry the patties on both sides. Then we reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. I do not add cooking oils. Decorate everything with spinach, cherry, avocado and pine nuts.
