Preparation:

Soak dried fruits overnight, chop finely. Chop the nuts and mix with dried fruits. Add urbech, a little thickener and stir well to get a thick mass. Blind balls and refrigerate for several hours to harden.

Chicken fillet with green beans

Chicken fillet
Corn flour
Low fat cream
Green beans
Salt / Spices – to taste

Preparation:
