Ingredients:

Eggs – 2 pieces
Salmon – 50 g
Greens to taste – 10 g
Butter – 30 g
Cream 33% – 50 ml

Preparation:

Lightly sauté the salmon pieces in half the butter, top with the beaten eggs, add salt and pepper (to taste) and cook over medium heat, covered. Add finely chopped herbs to the finished dish (to taste). When serving on the omelet, add the rest of the butter.

Spicy Pumpkin Soup

Pumpkin – 150 g
Coconut or butter – 10 g
Ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon – to taste
Coconut milk – 180 ml
Pumpkin seeds

Preparation:

Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Fry in butter or coconut oil. Beat in a blender, add spices to taste.
Dilute with coconut milk to the desired consistency. Decorate with pumpkin seeds.

Arugula salad with shrimps and avocado

Peeled shrimps – 100 g
Avocado – 150 g
Fresh arugula – 30 g
Juice – ½ lemon
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons spoons
Salt, pepper – to taste

Preparation:
