Omelet with salmon and herbs
Eggs – 2 pieces
Salmon – 50 g
Greens to taste – 10 g
Butter – 30 g
Cream 33% – 50 ml
Lightly sauté the salmon pieces in half the butter, top with the beaten eggs, add salt and pepper (to taste) and cook over medium heat, covered. Add finely chopped herbs to the finished dish (to taste). When serving on the omelet, add the rest of the butter.
Spicy Pumpkin Soup
Pumpkin – 150 g
Coconut or butter – 10 g
Ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon – to taste
Coconut milk – 180 ml
Cut the pumpkin into cubes. Fry in butter or coconut oil. Beat in a blender, add spices to taste.
Dilute with coconut milk to the desired consistency. Decorate with pumpkin seeds.
Arugula salad with shrimps and avocado
Peeled shrimps – 100 g
Avocado – 150 g
Fresh arugula – 30 g
Juice – ½ lemon
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons spoons
Salt, pepper – to taste
Pine nuts – 20 g
Boil the shrimp. Rinse the arugula and pat dry. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes. Put arugula on a dish and sprinkle with lemon juice and butter. Place the avocado on top. Sprinkle with lemon again. Salt and pepper. Decorate with shrimp and pine nuts.
