Oatmeal with nuts
Ingredients:Oatmeal – 50 g Natural yogurt 2% – 180 g Cocoa – 10 g Hazelnuts (other nuts) – 15 g
Boil oatmeal with boiling water, drain off excess liquid, add yogurt, cocoa and nuts.
Cottage cheese + banana
Chicken Muffins with Champignons
Ingredients:Chicken fillet Eggs – 2 pcs. Champignons Onions – 1 pc. Salt / spices
Grind the ingredients in a blender and bake in the tins. Serve with olive oil salad.
Toast with fish
Ingredients:Whole grain bread – 2 slices Red fish – 40 g Curd cheese 12% – 40 g
Avocado and shrimp salad
Ingredients:Avocado – 1 pc. Shrimps – 100 g Cherry tomatoes Greens Olive oil
Boil shrimp, chop cherry and avocado. When serving, season with olive oil and garnish with herbs.
