EHealthy nutrition expert and fitness trainer Yulia Kovergina (@bober_pp) suggests on Thursday trying an unusual recipe for PP-pasta with spinach.

Breakfast

Chia pudding

Ingredients:

Chia seeds – 3-4 tbsp l.
Milk (for example, almond) – ½ cup
Banana
For decoration – fruits / berries, homemade granola (optional) ⠀

Preparation:

Fill the chia with milk, mix thoroughly and put in the refrigerator. After 5-10 minutes, you can stir again. In the morning we take the pudding out of the refrigerator, puree the banana and combine with the pudding. We decorate as desired.

Snack

Banana cheese cakes in the oven

Ingredients:

Cottage cheese – 60 g
Banana – 1 piece
Egg – 1 piece
Oat flour – 2 tbsp. l.
Cinnamon
Sunflower seeds
Pumpkin seeds
Frozen berries (optional) ⠀

Preparation:

Mash the banana with a fork. Add cottage cheese, egg, flour, cinnamon and sunflower seeds. Mix. Put in silicone molds, you can add berries. Decorate with pumpkin seeds. Bake in the oven at 170 C for about 20 minutes.

Dinner

Spaghetti with spinach ⠀

Ingredients to taste:

Spaghetti
Spinach
Cherry tomatoes
Eggs
Milk
Salt, spices
Cooking oil ⠀

Preparation:

Boil pasta al dente. Beat eggs with milk and salt. Grease a skillet with butter and pour out the omelet mixture. Fry the omelet, stirring occasionally with a spatula. Add a handful of spinach and chopped cherry tomatoes, continue to fry for a couple of minutes. Add spaghetti to the finished omelet, mix and pepper.

Snack

Zucchini salad ⠀

Ingredients:

Raw zucchini – 1 pc.
Spinach / arugula – handful
Sunflower seeds – a handful
Garlic – slice
Dill / parsley – bunch
Olive oil ⠀

Preparation:

We clean the zucchini and cut into strips or layers (using a vegetable peeler or grater). Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender and grind. Pour the zucchini with the resulting sauce.

Dinner

Turkey with mushrooms in cream

Ingredients to taste:

Turkey fillet
Champignon
Cream
Cheese
Fresh greens
Salt, pepper ⠀

Preparation:

Finely chop the turkey meat and fry in a little oil, salt and pepper. Chop the mushrooms and add to the meat. Simmer until tender, you can add a little salt to the mushrooms. Three cheese on a grater or finely chop, add cream, mix. Finely chop the greens, also add to the turkey and mushrooms. Mix everything thoroughly.
