RNutrition expert turkey stew recipe
Ingredients:Oatmeal – 200 g Coconut milk – 1 glass Honey, nuts – to taste
Soak oatmeal in water for 30 minutes (or overnight). Cook in coconut milk for 15 minutes, serve with nuts and honey.
Toast with curd cheese
Ingredients:Whole grain bread – 2 slices Cottage cheese Tomatoes – 2 pcs. Basil
Spread curd cheese on toast, cut tomatoes on top and garnish with basil.
Turkey with cabbage
Ingredients:Turkey fillet – 100 g Cabbage – 150 g Carrots – 1 pc. Onions – 1 pc. Tomato paste – 2 tbsp l. Spices, salt – to taste
Fry onions and carrots over low heat. Add chopped cabbage and spices. Cut the fillet into small pieces and simmer with cabbage. Add tomato paste and a little water, simmer for another 15 minutes.
Cottage cheese with yogurt (200 g) + berries (50 g)
Ingredients:Chicken liver – 200 g Onions – 1 pc. Sour cream – 2 tbsp. l. Oat flour – 2 tbsp. l. Egg – 1 pc. Spices, salt – to taste
Finely chop the liver. Chop the onion and fry lightly. Add the egg, onion, flour, sour cream and spices to the liver. Stir well and fry the pancakes in a dry frying pan. Can be served with buckwheat or fresh vegetable salad.
