Ingredients:Oatmeal – 50 g Egg – 1 pc. Milk – 60 g Lettuce leaves Cucumber – 1 pc. Salmon (another red fish) Cottage cheese
Beat the egg and milk, add the oatmeal and stir. Fry the pancake on both sides. Brush with curd cheese, serve with lettuce, chopped cucumber and fish.
Nuts (20 g) + Kefir / fermented baked milk (200 g)
Liver with rice
Ingredients:Chicken liver – 200 g Onions – 1 pc. Cream / sour cream Rice – 200 g Spices, salt – to taste
Fry the pieces of liver with onions for 15 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. Boil rice and serve as a side dish.
Cottage cheese (100 g)
Ingredients:Any white fish – 400 g Basil, thyme – to taste Broccoli, Brussels sprouts – 200 g Lemon juice
