Salmon (another red fish)
Cottage cheese

Preparation:

Beat the egg and milk, add the oatmeal and stir. Fry the pancake on both sides. Brush with curd cheese, serve with lettuce, chopped cucumber and fish.

SNACK

Nuts (20 g) + Kefir / fermented baked milk (200 g)

Liver with rice

Ingredients:

Chicken liver – 200 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Cream / sour cream
Rice – 200 g
Spices, salt – to taste

Preparation:

Fry the pieces of liver with onions for 15 minutes. Pour in the cream and simmer for another 10 minutes. Boil rice and serve as a side dish.

SNACK

Cottage cheese (100 g)

Grilled fish

Ingredients:

Any white fish – 400 g
Basil, thyme – to taste
Broccoli, Brussels sprouts – 200 g
Lemon juice

Preparation:

Grill fish, add spices. Also grill or steam vegetables. When ready, sprinkle the fish with lemon juice and serve with vegetables.
