Ingredients:

Buckwheat – 40 g
Veal – 120 g

Pepper

Preparation:

Pepper
Sunflower oil – 2 g

Preparation:

Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Grease a skillet with oil and heat. Pour a little more than half of the egg mixture and fry the pancake over low heat (on one side).
