Oatmeal – 35 g
Yogurt without additives – 200 g
Strawberries (or berries to taste) – 100 g
Banana – 100g
Sugar substitute Fitparad
Mix oatmeal with yogurt and sweetener, lay out oatmeal-banana-oatmeal-strawberry, etc. and put in the refrigerator overnight. Optionally, add 5g of chia seeds.
Apple – 165 g
Buckwheat with veal and vegetables
Buckwheat – 40 g
Veal – 120 g
Vegetables – 200g
Put out buckwheat with veal in a slow cooker. Make a salad from vegetables. Season with 0.5 tsp. olive oil.
Or stew vegetables with buckwheat (n / a zucchini, tomato, carrot, onion).
Egg – 2 pcs.
Cheese – 30 g
Milk 2.5% – 35 g
Sunflower oil – 2 g
Beat eggs with milk, salt and pepper. Grease a skillet with oil and heat. Pour a little more than half of the egg mixture and fry the pancake over low heat (on one side). Add cheese and dill immediately. When the pancake grasps, roll up and leave on the edge of the pan. Fill the free edge with the rest of the egg mixture, wait until it is browned and wrap the finished roll.
