Cod liver salad with avocado

Ingredients:

Cod liver – 30 g
Boiled egg – 3 pieces
Fresh spinach – 30 g
Olive oil -1 tbsp l
Avocado – 80 g
Lemon juice – 5 ml
Salt, pepper to taste

Preparation:

Boil eggs. Cut cod liver and avocado into cubes. Place spinach on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Top with cod liver and avocado. Season with salt, pepper, and again pour with olive oil and lemon juice. Decorate with boiled egg quarters.

DINNER

Salmon with lemon in the oven

Ingredients:

Salmon steak – 150 g
Lemon – 2 slices
Salt, pepper to taste
Pesto sauce -30 gr
Fresh greens
Olive oil -30 ml

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the fillets in parchment paper. Salt and pepper the fillet, pour some olive oil. Put lemon slices on top. Secure the parchment with a bag. You can replace parchment with foil. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve the fish with pesto sauce and fresh herbs salad dressed with olive oil.
