NSP-blogger Yulia Konavchuk shares a recipe for a light salad for dinner on the Thursday menu.
Ingredients:Curd 2% – 200 g Sweetener – to taste Whole grain flour (oat or rice) – 20 g Egg – 1 pc. Berries to taste
Mix cottage cheese, flour and egg. Form curd cakes and fry in a non-stick skillet. Pour the finished cheesecakes with honey or serve with berries.

Chicken chops with cheese
Ingredients:Chicken fillet – 700 g Cheese – 100 g Tomato 3-4 pcs. Sour cream – 50 ml Salt, pepper – to taste
Beat the chicken fillet with a hammer, put on a baking sheet, salt and pepper, lightly grease with sour cream. Cut the tomatoes into slices and place on the meat. Grate cheese, sprinkle chicken with it. Bake in the oven until the cheese is golden brown at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Ingredients:Eggs – 2 pcs. Milk – ½ cup Broccoli – 50 g Cheese to taste
Beat eggs with milk, add broccoli. Fry in a dry frying pan until tender, sprinkle with cheese on top.
Ingredients:Tomatoes – 100 g Arugula Avocado – ½ pc. Quinoa – 50 g Green peas – 30 g Natural yogurt 4% – 2 tbsp. l. Salt, spices – to taste
Chop the tomatoes and avocado at random. Add arugula, green peas and quinoa. Season with yogurt and mix thoroughly.
