Ingredients:Buckwheat porridge – 200 g Milk (coconut or regular) Berries (or nuts)
Boil buckwheat in milk, add berries or nuts.
Rice with fish
Ingredients:Halibut (or any other fish) – 100 g Spices, basil – to taste Carrots – 1 pc. Rice – 100 g
Boil the fish, rice separately. Fry carrots with garlic, add fish and simmer. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.
Kefir 1% 200 g
Ingredients:Eggs – 3 pcs. Cheese Green beans – 50 g
Fry green beans, beat eggs with cheese. Pour the omelet over the beans, serve with fresh vegetables (cucumber, bell peppers).
