Buckwheat porridge

Ingredients:

Buckwheat porridge – 200 g
Milk (coconut or regular)
Berries (or nuts)

Preparation:

Boil buckwheat in milk, add berries or nuts.

SNACK

Banana

DINNER

Rice with fish

Ingredients:

Halibut (or any other fish) – 100 g
Spices, basil – to taste
Carrots – 1 pc.
Rice – 100 g

Preparation:

Boil the fish, rice separately. Fry carrots with garlic, add fish and simmer. Sprinkle with herbs when serving.

SNACK

Kefir 1% 200 g

DINNER

Omelet

Ingredients:

Eggs – 3 pcs.
Cheese
Green beans – 50 g

Preparation:

Fry green beans, beat eggs with cheese. Pour the omelet over the beans, serve with fresh vegetables (cucumber, bell peppers).
