Cherry Banana Smoothie

Cherries – 100 g
Banana – 50 g
Kefir – 200 g
Sweetener (honey, date syrup) – 1 tsp

Preparation:

Defrost cherries, remove excess liquid. Beat all ingredients with a blender until smooth.

Dinner

Chicken skewer with pineapple

Chicken fillet – 150 g
Canned pineapples – 100 g (choose canned pineapple without added sugar / syrup, only in our own juice)
Soy sauce – 50 ml

Addition to the main course:

Rice – 50 g

Preparation:

Cut the chicken fillet and pineapple into small pieces. Add chicken fillet to the soy sauce and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 40 minutes. Moisten the skewers with water. We put chicken and pineapples on skewers, alternating them with each other. Cover the baking sheet with baking paper, lay out the skewers with a kebab. We put the form in the oven for 35 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Boil rice and serve with kebabs.

Ingredients:

Boiled shrimps – 100 g
Lettuce mix – 100 g
Tomato – 150 g
Cheese – 15 g
Salt, spices – to taste

Yogurt – 50 g
Mustard – 1/3 tsp
Olive oil – 5 g

Preparation:

Tear the salad mix, put the shrimps, cut the tomato. Grate the cheese with slices. Season with sauce (mix all the ingredients from the dressing until smooth).
