Cherry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:Cherries – 100 g Banana – 50 g Kefir – 200 g Sweetener (honey, date syrup) – 1 tsp

Natural yogurt 120 g
Ingredients:Boiled shrimps – 100 g Lettuce mix – 100 g Tomato – 150 g Cheese – 15 g Salt, spices – to taste
