Oatmeal – 50 g
Natural yogurt 2% – 180 g
Medium banana – 1 pc.
Cocoa – 10 g
Hazelnuts – 15 g

Preparation:

Steam the oatmeal with boiling water, drain off excess liquid, add yogurt, cocoa, nuts and chopped banana.

SNACK

Bread with avocado and fish

DINNER

Couscous with chicken fillet

Vegetable salad
Olive oil – 5 g

Preparation:

Boil the couscous, grill the fillets and serve with vegetable salad and couscous. ⠀

SNACK

Curd casserole 130 g

Egg – 1 pc.
Oatmeal flour
Sweetener
Raisin
Vanillin

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients and bake in oven for 25 minutes.

DINNER
