Ingredients:Curd 0% Egg – 1 pc. Oatmeal made from ground oatmeal Sweetener Slaked soda Peanut paste – 15 g
Mix ingredients, fry in a dry frying pan. Serve with peanut butter.
Green lentils with vegetables
Ingredients:Lentils – 50-60 g Mix of vegetables (I have Italian) – 200 g Soy sauce – 1-2 tbsp l. Salt / pepper, spices (paprika, garlic)
Soak lentils for 30 minutes, then boil in salted boiled water for 30 minutes. Pour vegetables into a frying pan, heat until tender, add ready-made lentils, soy sauce and seasonings, fry for 4-5 minutes under a closed lid.
Bread with salmon
Ingredients:Bread – 2 pcs. Cottage cheese Salmon
Chicken cutlets with steamed broccoli 130 g
Ingredients:Minced chicken Egg – 1 pc. Broccoli Onion Spices
