– I (@regina_doctor) I love to optimize routine processes. It is convenient to freeze cheese cakes from the menu on Tuesday and always have them in the fridge. We perfected the recipe with technologists in the production of semi-finished products “We feed correctly”. I hope that soon, these cheesecakes will be at every breakfast all over Russia. The meaning is this – the minimum amount of sugar and the absence of flavor enhancers, stabilizers. I always recommend that my patients change the way they prepare one dish. For example, cheesecakes can be fried without oil, or steamed / baked as a more dietary option.
Cheesecakes “We feed correctly”
Cottage cheese 5% – 400 g
Oatmeal / corn / buckwheat / whole grain / coconut flour -70g
Egg – 1pc
Cane / Banana Sugar – 2 tablespoons
Grind cottage cheese with sugar, yolks, add sifted flour. Beat the whites with a pinch of salt, gently combine with the curd mass. Mix. Form dense cheesecakes, you can use special forms. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side, steam or bake for 20 minutes at 160 degrees in the oven on parchment.
Tomato – 1 piece
Cucumber – 1 piece
Lightly salted salmon – 30 g
Place lettuce, salmon and thinly sliced cucumber and tomato slices on top of the bread. Use spices to taste. You can pre-dry the bread in the oven.
Vegetable puree soup
Vegetables – 200 g
Olive oil – 10 g
Boil any vegetables in minimal water and purée with a hand blender. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic to the finished dish (all to taste).
Steamed veal cutlets
Zucchini -70 g
Minced veal -100 g
Grate the zucchini on a fine grater, squeeze out the excess liquid and combine with the minced veal. Add salt, pepper and your favorite seasoning (all to taste). Stir well, form patties and steam.
Amaranth groats -40 g
Olive oil – 10 g
Boil amaranth cereals in slightly salted water. Add olive oil to the finished dish.
Slicing raw vegetables
Use any raw vegetables (150g).
Almonds – 20 g
Squid stewed in sour cream with leeks
Squid rings -100 g
Carrots -30 g
Leeks -60 g
Sour cream -20 g
Saute the leeks lightly while continuing to cook and add the carrots. Lay out the squid rings and keep them on high heat for a minute. Add salt, pepper (to taste) and sour cream. Stir and simmer the dish over low heat, covered for 2 minutes.
Broccoli -100 g
Boil broccoli until tender and add olive oil.
