Ingredients:Egg – 2 pcs. Milk – 50 g Cauliflower – 50 g Cheese to taste Dill – to taste
Beat eggs with milk, chop the cabbage and fry in a dry frying pan. Pour the omelette, sprinkle with cheese and dill 5 minutes until tender.
Ingredients:Banana – 1 pc. Kiwi – 2 pcs. Kefir – ½ cup
Chop the fruit and beat in a blender with kefir.
Turkey with mushrooms
Ingredients:Turkey / chicken breast – 300 g Mushrooms – 150 g Onions – 1 pc. Carrots – 1 pc. Sour cream (you can take cream) – 2 tbsp. l.
Cut the breast into medium pieces. Fry onions and carrots over low heat. Simmer meat with onions and carrots for 10 minutes, then add sour cream (or cream) and spices. Simmer for another 15 minutes. Buckwheat porridge can be boiled as a side dish.
Curd with yogurt
Ingredients:Cucumber – 1 pc. Feta – 50 g Arugula Avocado – ½ pc. Boiled egg – 2 pcs. Lemon juice
Cut the cucumber, avocado and eggs into cubes. Mix with arugula and feta. Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt a little.
