Pancakes with curd
Ingredients:Egg – 1 pc. Milk – 50 g Flour – 40 g Cottage cheese – 80 g Apple – 100 g Honey – 1 tsp
Mix the egg with milk and flour, stir. If the dough is thick, add a little water. Fry pancakes in a dry frying pan. Then we make the filling: mix the cottage cheese, grated apple and honey. Put on pancakes, fold, sprinkle with cinnamon on top.
Orange / grapefruit / pomelo (200 g) + nuts (15 g)
Chicken with bulgur
Ingredients:Chicken drumstick without skin – 2 pcs. Bulgur – 50 g Spices, seasonings – to taste Vegetables to taste
Grate the chicken with spices and bake without oil for about 20 minutes, you can add herbs or tomatoes. Serve with bulgur and vegetable salad dressed with olive oil.

Turkey with cabbage
Ingredients:Turkey fillet – 100 g Cabbage – 150 g Carrots – 1 pc. Onions – 1 pc. Tomato paste – 2 tbsp l. Spices, salt – to taste
Fry onions and carrots over low heat. Add chopped cabbage and spices. Cut the fillet into small pieces and simmer with cabbage. Add tomato paste and a little water, simmer for another 15 minutes.
