BREAKFAST

Ingredients:

Banana – 50 g
Applesauce – 25 g
Rice flour – 30 g
Soft cottage cheese – 50 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Baking powder
Vanillin

Preparation:

Mix everything in a blender, pour into a mold or a cup, put in a microwave (about 4.5 minutes).

SNACK

DINNER

Oatmeal – 40g (chop)
Milk – 30g
Cheese (any) – 40 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Lightly salted salmon – 50 g
Vanillin
Salt to taste

Preparation:

Combine oatmeal, milk, egg, vanillin and salt. Pour half of the mixture into a small frying pan, put the cheese plastics, pour over the rest of the mixture. Fry on both sides. Place pieces of fish or caviar on top.

Ingredients:

Chicken fillet (raw) – 100 g
Zucchini – 200 g
Onions – 50 g
Carrots – 50g
Olive oil – 5 g
Tomato – 50 g
Salt
Spice

Preparation:

Chop the onion, fry in oil, add the carrots and chicken fillet (in cubes), simmer for 10 minutes, add water if necessary, I did not need it. Add tomato and zucchini (cut into cubes), salt, seasoning and simmer for another 10 minutes.
