Ingredients:

Curd 2% – one pack
Egg – 1 pc.
Oatmeal or oatmeal (by eye)

Greek or classic yoghurt – small package
Lingonberry

Preparation:

Mix everything (except lingonberries) until smooth, then make small balls, put on a mold and bake in the oven for 10 minutes. For the sauce, we need lingonberries, sweetener, water. We boil all this, stir until it thickens. Serve with sauce and berries.

Ingredients:

Whole grain bread ⠀
Fresh cilantro – ½ bunch
Garlic – 2 cloves (optional)
Salt – ½ tsp
Tomatoes – 1 sh.
Bulb onions – ½ pc. (optional)
Avocado – 2 pcs.
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp l.

Preparation: ⠀

Squeeze the garlic, mix with a pinch of salt (using a fork). Finely chop the tomato, cilantro and onion. Cut the avocado in half. Remove the bone, knead the entire pulp until smooth. Add lemon or lime juice immediately to prevent the sauce from darkening. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir. Spread on bread or PP crackers.

Ingredients:

Carrots – 1 pc.
Coconut flakes
Almond petals
Coconut paste – 1 tbsp l.
Urbech – 1 tbsp. l.

Preparation:

We rub the carrots. Put all the ingredients in a blender and whisk. We make balls and in the freezer for 25 minutes.

Dinner

Ceviche is a Peruvian fish or seafood dish.

Ingredients to taste:

Avocado
Mango
Tuna
Cilantro
Salt
Pepper
Soy sauce
Lime
Sesame
Cherry tomatoes

Preparation:

Finely dice the tuna. Salt, pepper, add red pepper, survive lime, a little soy sauce and sesame seeds. Leave everything in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes – the tuna marinates very quickly. Cut avocado and mango into cubes. Grind cilantro and tomatoes into cubes. We add this to the tuna. All ingredients can be mixed and laid out in one form, or you can gently spread the mass with tuna to avocado with mango.
