Muesli with nuts and banana
Ingredients:Muesli Any nuts Banana – ½ pc. Low fat yogurt
Add chopped banana and nuts to muesli, pour over yogurt.
Toast with tomatoes
Ingredients:Whole grain bread – 2 slices Dried cherry Cottage cheese Basil
Spread cheese on the bread, put chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with basil.
Ingredients:Cashew nuts – 1 glass Coconut flakes (by eye) Coconut cream – 200 ml Water (so that the mass is not too thick) Bitter chocolate for icing (3-4 squares)
