Ingredients:

Muesli
Any nuts
Banana – ½ pc.
Low fat yogurt

Preparation:

Add chopped banana and nuts to muesli, pour over yogurt.

Snack

Toast with tomatoes

Whole grain bread – 2 slices
Dried cherry
Cottage cheese
Basil

Preparation:

Spread cheese on the bread, put chopped tomatoes and sprinkle with basil.

Cashew nuts – 1 glass
Coconut flakes (by eye)
Coconut cream – 200 ml
Water (so that the mass is not too thick)
Bitter chocolate for icing (3-4 squares)

Preparation:

Rinse cashews and leave in water for 15-20 minutes. Then grind the cashews in a blender, add cream, shavings, coconut protein (optional). Put everything in a mold and put in the freezer overnight. Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath and dip the pre-cut bounty. Put in the freezer again for 30 minutes.
