Ingredients:

Mascarpone – 100 g
Eggs – 3 pieces
Almond flour – 1 tbsp l
Psyllium – ½ tbsp. l
Cream 20% – 50 ml
Sweetener – to taste (we do not use)
Coconut oil – 10 g
Sour cream 20% – 20 g

Preparation:

Beat eggs with mascarpone. Add almond flour and psyllium. If the dough is thick, thin with cream. If the dough is still thick, add a little water. Fry in a hot skillet in coconut oil. Serve with sour cream and frozen red currant puree.

DINNER

Warm seafood salad

Ingredients:

Seafood cocktail -100 g
Asparagus / green beans – 60 g
Olives – 30 g
Olive oil – 2 tablespoons l

Preparation:

Boil a seafood cocktail for 2-3 minutes, rinse and dry. Asparagus, or green beans, keep in boiling water, drain and dry. Add olives, basil, pepper, salt (all to taste) and season with olive oil.
