Muesli with berries
Ingredients:Muesli – 60 g Milk 1% – 200 g Berries to taste Nuts to taste
Pour the muesli with milk and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Add berries and nuts when serving.
Ingredients:Chicken breast – 130 g Cabbage – 200 g Mushrooms – 150 g Onions – ½ pc. Salt / Spices – to taste
Chop the chicken, salt, add spices and lightly fry in olive oil. Chop the cabbage, fry with onions and mushrooms, simmer with meat for about 20 minutes.
Curd with yoghurt
Ingredients:Spinach – 200 g Avocado – ½ pc. Cheese Boiled egg – 1 pc. Kefir
Cut the ingredients into cubes, season with kefir.
