Muesli with berries

Ingredients:

Muesli – 60 g
Milk 1% – 200 g
Berries to taste
Nuts to taste

Preparation:

Pour the muesli with milk and let it soak for about 10 minutes. Add berries and nuts when serving.

SNACK

DINNER

Chicken stew

Ingredients:

Chicken breast – 130 g
Cabbage – 200 g
Mushrooms – 150 g
Onions – ½ pc.
Salt / Spices – to taste

Preparation:

Chop the chicken, salt, add spices and lightly fry in olive oil. Chop the cabbage, fry with onions and mushrooms, simmer with meat for about 20 minutes.

SNACK

DINNER

Avocado salad

Ingredients:

Spinach – 200 g
Avocado – ½ pc.
Cheese
Boiled egg – 1 pc.
Kefir

Preparation:

Cut the ingredients into cubes, season with kefir.
