Milk – 200 ml.

Preparation:

Cook porridge in milk, add banana when serving.

Beef with buckwheat

Ingredients:

Beef – 150 g
Buckwheat porridge – 150 g
Onions – 1 pc.
Carrots – 1 pc.
Vegetable salad (iceberg + cherry + bell pepper)

Preparation:

Boil beef, buckwheat. Fry onions and carrots separately. Chop the beef, stew with onions and carrots for 5-7 minutes, adding a little water. Serve with buckwheat and vegetable salad.

SECOND SNACK

Pear

Omelet with tomatoes

Ingredients:

Eggs – 2 pcs.
Tomatoes – 150 g
Cheese

Preparation:

Beat eggs, add tomatoes and cheese. Prepare an omelet in a dry non-stick skillet.

THIRD SNACK (optional)

Yogurt 1.5% 200 g
