Porridge 5 cereals
Ingredients:Porridge 5 cereals – 5 tbsp. l. Banana – ½ pc. Milk – 200 ml.
Cook porridge in milk, add banana when serving.
Beef with buckwheat
Ingredients:Beef – 150 g Buckwheat porridge – 150 g Onions – 1 pc. Carrots – 1 pc. Vegetable salad (iceberg + cherry + bell pepper)
Boil beef, buckwheat. Fry onions and carrots separately. Chop the beef, stew with onions and carrots for 5-7 minutes, adding a little water. Serve with buckwheat and vegetable salad.
Omelet with tomatoes
Ingredients:Eggs – 2 pcs. Tomatoes – 150 g Cheese
Beat eggs, add tomatoes and cheese. Prepare an omelet in a dry non-stick skillet.
